Hacked ( On old wow account - Merged )

Ok, I merged my old WoW username with my normal Battle-net wow. Problem, it got hacked and banned, now heres how i'm worried. Will this effect my chances on getting pick with Cataclysm beta test? I want my account, yes. How do i have to do this? Phone them? I really dont have the time for that. Any quick way I can talk to WoW and get this account back? I havn't played this since .. maybe 2007, anyway that It can be used again? I hope I can. It was one of my good accounts and I hope it can be used again.
Hope Blizzard can unban it and get all my stuff back :)
And if you comment, hopefully you have the awnsers to all my questions, dont have to, but would be useful cause' I wanna try Cataclysm beta test server, oped in, hope it doesnt Effect my chances.

You can email billing@blizzard.com fro that account's registered address, but calling would be quicker.

I have 3-5 e-mail adresses, so when i made the account I have 2 e-mail adresses I could have possibily used.

Then it really would be best to speak with a Representative on the phone.
