Waiting for over 2 weeks

After regaining control of my account on June 29th I was informed by the person i was talking to on the phone that he went ahead and submitted my account for restoration. I also submitted a in-game ticket to make sure in which I was informed that yes my account was being investigated. Well I feel I have waited patiently but it has now been over two weeks, and I have not received a single email telling me what is going on.

We restored a character and some items on 7/4, Thadroy. You are saying what was restored wasn't complete? That can happen sometimes if our dates are off. Have you ask that this be reviewed?
