No frost badges....

Recently, when I have been doing heroics, I have not received the frosts for the first dungeon of the day.

I put in a ticket but was told that I have in fact received these badges, even though the balance in my currency window had not changed. After I put the ticket in, I ran a couple more heroics over 2 days and got the frosts for those.

Today I did COS on heroic and didnt receive the badges again.

I did check my mail
I did run heroic instances on each occasion
I have received my frost on my other 80 toon, just not this one
I am getting the triumphs, not the frosts

Why is it that you guys reckon I'm getting them, when I haven't??? I need the gear!!!!

It looks as if you received 2 Emblems of Frost for completing Azjol-Nerub at 10:35 GMT (or 3:35 AM PDT) on 7/14 and for completing The Nexus at 9:45 GMT (or 2:45 AM PDT) on 7/13, Tatia. I apologize for any confusion, but it seems that you're being awarded Emblems of Frost normally. :)
