Should I be frustrated with Blizzard?

I think yes, frustrated, here is why I state this.

I am new to Wow, about a month and a half. When I originally bought WoW digitally, through this website, I had an error 202. Which essentially is an internal organization/update error with blizzards payment authorizations.

So, being new and wanting to play WoW, I tried calling Blizzard. It took me nearly a day to get in contact with a person so that this error could be 'fixed' and I could then purchase the digital copy online.

The person I spoke with was very very nice and helpful, really the only good experience I have with blizzards payment system. She 'fixed' some issue within the system that would allow for payments to go through.

So today, I decide to upgrade to BC since I have been sitting at a lvl 60 for a few weeks now. I was super excited to try some of the new dungeons and gear that was out there. Today I was ready to dump 29.99 for the upgrade, when............"error 202" occurred once again.

This is why I am frustrated, I spent a weekend trying to fix this problem over a month ago and was told the issue was fixed; however, the same problem persists.

I have never experience such lies and time waits to get through to PAY for something. Since I am new to this crap, is this common? Does WoW walk all over its customers and demand taht they spend yet MORE time waiting on a phone to fix a problem that I am already paying for?

I am blown away with you Blizzard, insulting.....

"Error 202" usually indicates that the provided payment method is incompatible in some way with the selected online purchasing system (in this case, a digital upgrade). This doesn't mean that the payment method is invalid or in poor standing. Rather, it's just a sign that something isn't syncing up with the online transaction.

In these situations, it's sometimes best to first ensure that the account's billing information is up to date. If everything looks good and you are still experiencing an issue in purchasing the upgrade then you're welcome to contact our Billing & Account Services department by phone (like you're in the process of doing). Our representatives will be happy to work with you and assist with your transaction in any way possible. :)

Unfortunately, as you know we continue to receive a high call volume. If it is an option you may want to visit a retail store to purchase the expansion.

I am very sorry for what inconvenience and frustration this matter has caused you, Tabbord.

Good luck!
