Annoyed with bad customer service.

I' recently had a problem with getting credit for the BQL portion of the shadowmourne/shadow's edge quest. Put in a GM ticket, waited nearly a full 5 days only to log onto a "drop the quest and try again" message.

I'm not trying to whine here, but i'm just very annoyed. For one i've been reading that many other people have had issues with the quest bugging out but have then received credit after making a gm ticket, and two i'm annoyed that after getting a crappy response to my ticket, i'm going to have to wait another 5 days just for another chance to talk to someone?

This quest is a bit of a burden/annoyance to a raid group to continually retry because of a bug... is it not? From what i can tell you made these quest lines so they would be challenging, but what are you doing for those people that correctly complete the quest and still dont get credit due to a bug?

I'm just really annoyed, 100+ hours for a gm response is much to long... and to send someone to the bottom of the cue without actually helping only makes things worse. Furthermore, your system of "we are currently experiencing a high number of petitions" and no estimated time is pretty garbage. I saw the same message for 4 and a half days, only to log onto an alt character--- still in game--- for a period of 2 hours and get this crappy response??

Please step it up blizzard.

You responded properly for more assistance with this petition, and it indeed looks to be assigned at the moment.

That doesn't necessarily mean we'll be able to do anything more for you on this one.
