Account hacked twice in a week plz help

My account was hacked exaclty a week ago today, and today

i have tried changing my password via battlenet but it says that my email/username combination does not exist, when it obviously does because i did the exact same thing last week.....

please help blizzard, there is no keylogging software on my computer as i have run many scans through several antivirus programs and ive only been playing for 2 days since i last retrieved my account.

See if you can access the account with your latest password, Hairless.

You have GOT to find the source of this, or they will just keep coming back.

To be re-compromised this quickly, unidentified malware on your system or a compromised email are the two most likely culprits.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

While I'd still recommend finding a way to get an authenticator, finding the source of this should be within any player's means.

You need to do a deep scan of your system with sufficient scanners (with the launcher up and a bit of gibberish typed in the fields). You need to either make sure of your email security or setup another unrelated one from a known secure system.
