"You cannot log in until the character update

I tried to log in today, and I got this message "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete." on my rogue.

Character: Thexenon
Race: (Undead)
Realm: Staghelm

The thing is, I didn't have anything pending, and I was able to play this toon up until now. I have never transferred any of my characters or used any other paid services recently. I have been on hold with Billing for 30 minutes now since no one ever answers there. You would think with the Million$ Blizzard makes they could have enough Support and/or Billing people to respond a little faster. :(

I am sorry that you were not able to receive an immediate response, Thexenon. Have you visited the Transaction page for the Race Change service that was initiated for that character?

Usually the message you received is caused by an issue with payment for the service. You can sometimes visit that link and add or correct your payment method.

If you didn't initiate the Race Change it would seem that someone has access to your account to a certain degree and you may want to look into the security of your account and system.
