CATACLYSM BETA Guild Contest

Quick Question, I am not the GM of my guild but I am an officer. Can I turn in the paper myself and blizzard still take it? My GM is never online and the dead line is near. Also, other than the paper itselfs, is their any information at this time I need to send in with the paper? IE Account ,State, or, Name?

With regard to your questions (and sadly), here is what rule #4 states:

Beginning on the Commencement Date, you can enter the Contest by emailing a short essay (50 to 250 words) elaborating on why the World of Warcraft guild that the entrant is the guild master of should take part in the World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Beta Test to [email protected]. Your submission must be in English, and must be between 50 and 250 words in length to be considered for the Contest. You are limited to one (1) entry in the Contest.


I do hope you're able to get a hold of your GM and perhaps you can find a way to have him/her submit a quick entry before time is up.

As for the information that should come with the entry email, I wasn't able to immediately find any "official" list of necessary details so I'd recommend ensuring your GM includes his/her GM character's name, server, and guild name. Sending the email from his/her official account registered email address would be great, too.
