Temporary Ban - Not restoring access?

So I received an email from Blizzard yesterday.

An investigation of the World of Warcraft account XXXX has produced evidence that the computer(s) used to play the account are infected by a virus, Trojan or keylogger.

To protect your privacy and security, we have temporarily disabled the account for a 24 hour period.


The 24 hour period has since come to an end, however access to my account has not been restored. This is not the account in reference.

The account in reference is my new RAF account. Character: Haitlol on Lethon

Did you receive an email stating that your password has been reset as well?

I can log into my battle.net account. But when I click the account that I want to log into, it says...


Can you try logging into the game client with this information before attempting to log into the webpage?
