ETA on official details/announcement?

While the raging on the forums will continue, I personally can not keep track of the 2000+ page thread growing by the minute on here, nor try to scout through the other thousands of threads for information directly from Blizzard.

Is there at least a tentative date when Blizzard will make an official announcement explaining the details of their decision and implementation of the new forum/game changes to end all of the speculation?
