Regarding being specifically harassed

I have kept bumping my thread each time it go's to page 3 or 4, that I have mention I never once got a e-mail from the forum online team while I was specifically harassed on the 4th and I am still getting harassed by the same people.. Oh I will not ignore this when people has told me to just ignore it.
I never once receive a 24 hour auto reply, the only time I did receive a auto reply was when I reported a fishing bot, that was on july 5th and never at once received a reply. Heck I didn't receive a reply when I made a detailed e-mail when I was 2 day forum ban on the 25th last month, after it was moved from account to forum team on the 28th...

I am at the point I am getting tired and frustrated, times I made e-mails of regarding about situations. What I feel is 3 e-mails from me was deleted from the gm, and online team.. And a gm told me just to make another e-mail same thing? But that leads to spam and you can get ban for it..

I never once talked bad about the game or arguing about real ID or other related stuff. I just want the truth did you guys trashed my e-mails 2 day forum ban, specifically harassed and fishing bot. If so I will make another e-mail.

Side note people don't talk about real ID here I was just using that for a example.

As I'm sure you can imagine, our Forum Moderators are quite busy at the moment, Elfrick. They will attempt to look into your email as soon as possible; however, it's difficult to predict how long it will take for them to offer a response. I do see that your email has been received and is currently within their queue, so you may simply need to remain patient.
