Can we get a name for that passive spec thing

That thing that was supposed to originally be called "mastery", that every spec gets that is a flat value to increase their effectiveness, it has no name, at least no short name other than "passive thing you get for speccing into your tree". It's often annoying to refer to it and not having a word for it.

So blues, programmers, intern who gets coffee: Can we get a name for this thing?

Yes...and? That's your mastery. The two handed specialization is not.

They can't both be your mastery.

They're called "specialization bonuses", and if you need to reference them further, they have their own unique names as mentioned above.


'Spec bonus' is the most commonly used as far as I've seen.
