Seriously, its a little annoying when people go "ZOMG PVP GEAR KIIIIIIIIIICK" if the person can pull decent dps, who the hell cares if his/her gears got a wasteful stat?

Give em a chance, they aint cutting it? no sweat, kick em.

ib4 PvE fanatics, I personally vote kick any dps i dont see cutting it, and ive done it before to people as geared or better than me, slacking is what causes it for the most part.
