I opened a ticket, (After taking Bashiok's advice) about getting a character name I wanted. Some level 2 night elf had claimed who hadn't been active for years... probably a trial account.

Anyways my ticket wasn't answered instead the name was free a few hours later when I went to character creation, I don't usually show any appreciation to the Game Master's so thanks!!

Sounds like someone helped you out, Arudas, and deserves to know it. The best place to let a Game Master know you appreciated his/her hard work is [email protected] and just to be doubly sure, I'm gonna move you over to Customer Support. =)
