Need blue post.

I talked to a GM about my character restoration when my account had gotten compromised and he said the items would take a little less that a week and its been 2 weeks already.

I know you guys are busy but im practically paying for something i cant even play. If a blue could look into expediting the process of my character or something because i haven't heard from a GM as it said you would in the email and calling doesnt work or putting a ticket in because its been 3 days and no response.

It appears that your case is still under investigation, Astiron. I understand that this is probably a stressful time, but please try to remain as patient as possible, and our staff will lend a hand as soon as they can.
