Yesterday I made a post about my password getting changed multiple times (not by me). And each time it got changed none of my gear or characters where deleted.
I followed all the instructions that where listed, and even got a malware scanner. I ran several scans on my computer and nothing was found. However today when I tried logging on wow, once again my password was changed.

More Details:
I have not opened any suspicious links in emails or on the internet.
The name of the scanners I used are Norton 360 (Virus), Windows Defender, and Malwarebytes (malware).
On my computer I also have Ad-Aware which I did not use.

It appears as if your computer's security is still compromised or the malicious party who compromised your account also has access to your registered email address. I suggest running various malware scanners while you have the game client opened to the World of Warcraft login screen, Thankor. Once you are absolutely certain you do not have any malicious software installed on your computer, please create a new registered e-mail address and link it to your Battle.net account to ensure the compromising party is not able to request password resets. Q u o t e:

How to I change my current email I use in wow to a new one? And I ran the scan with the client open and nothing was found.

You will want to create the new email account, log into http://us.battle.net, and select "Change E-mail Address" near the top of the page. :)
