i got my beta invite logged on the site and it was there so i go to log into the game and it wont let me select a realm at all. Now is this a common issue or no

If there is more than one WoW license, click the drop-down menu and try the others. For instance, I have a WoW1 and WoW2 license on my Battle.net account. WoW1 is for the PTR, and WoW2 is for the Beta realms. Whichever name the Beta license is listed as on your Battle.net Account Management page is the one you want to use.

It looks like you should be trying to log into the WoW2 account when logging onto the Cataclysm Beta, Modz. Please check and be sure that you are doing so, and return here if you are still experiencing trouble logging into the beta.
