I just got my account replenished today and got password and information. I was set, bought another subscription and had to wait for it to take effect. Then I go to log on and WHAM! "This account has been frozen".

I reset my password again before this happened because the first time I did it short for convenience sake so I could be off the phone faster then I reset it later to something longer and more elaborate. I think Blizzard made a mistake and thought someone was trying to hack me. Just unfreeze my account it was me!
