Unlink account from b.net

Hello!
Back when I created my battle.net, I decided to put my girlfriends account, who was and still is living with me, on the same battle.net account since we often shared computers and it made logging in a lot easier. I just found out, however, that this is against the rules to link accounts that have different names. How would I go about unlinking these accounts? Will I run the risk of getting banned if I try to?

Thanks everybody!

Q u o t e:
Well, I talked to billing and they sent me an email with what I need to send in. I can get the ID, signed TOU, and b.net secret answer, but neither of us has the original authentication key for either of our accounts. We have the WotLK keys, and I have my BC key. Is there any way around this requirement?

That I'm not certain of, Jinfurytotem. We don't permit account sharing, which is essentially what happened when you linked your girlfriends account to your Battle.net account. I understand that was not your intention but we are not truly able to judge your motivation. The requested information along with what we can see in our logs would help us determine that she is the original registered user of the account and you aren't simply trying to trade, sell or gift an account to someone else.

I don't know if there is another option but it is best to ask our Billing and Account Services team, they will let you know.

Good luck!
