Just resubbed and transferred Elthander to Scilla a few days ago...man, the BG queues are horrific.. only reason I resubscribed was to BG, but waiting 15 minutes is unbearable. Didn't imagine wait time would vary so greatly :(

You are welcome to contact our Billing and Account Services department, Elthander. We are usually unable to reverse a transaction because the realm isn't what you imagined it might be. We encourage you to check out your destination before initiating the transfer.
