I am sorry that you felt the interaction with one of our Game Masters was rude or insulting, Fat, that is not our intent at all. The proper point of contact though would be the e-mail address that Mourninglory provided. There your concerns can be reviewed by the Game Masters supervisor and appropriate actions will be taken.

As to the issue you were reporting. I'm afraid we will be unable to assist you with this particular issue. All reports show that the Midsummer Fire Festival ended when it was intended to, at 12:01 AM PDT on July 5th. Though it appears to have taken some off guard we simply are unable to extend the event or provide what rewards you may have received if you were able to continue.

When an event starts it is intended that all annual quests reset for that event (i.e. lighting or desecrating the fires around the continents). The reports regarding some of those quests not being repeatable were forwarded to our Quality Assurance Team and Developers who are looking into the matter and hope to have any associated issues resolved so that players are able to fully participate next year.

Something I am unable to find a report of, Fatnerd. As I said we received a few reports of issues with not being able to complete some of the Honor or Desecrate the Fires, the overall issue will be reviewed by QA and our Developers but these quests should have been completable. In fact I don't show those quests in your completed list so it looks like they did reset properly. If you could not complete the Honor and Desecrate the Fires quests a few troubleshooting steps could have been done but I'm afraid the only petitions you submitted about this were submitted after the event had ended.

I'm sorry you feel that way, Fat, if you would have reported the issue you were allegedly experiencing to us when you first discovered it instead of after the event we may have been able to help. We are unable to award you something that you did not earn technically earn.

We can sympathize with the frustration this may cause and encourage you to participate when the event happens again. Also I would encourage you to let us know if you have an issue with those fire quests when you discover the issue.
