Can you please stop

Saying that we WANT to use and be apart of a social gaming service because after almost a ridiculous 2000 pages on your realid thread, it's quite clear that players do not want this.

Also, stop saying that the forums are optional, they really aren't. End game guilds CANNOT keep recruitment to a server only population so guild leaders, officers and some members that normally would bump the thread will no longer be able too if they wish to keep their identities private which will end up being a major downfall for raiding since the majority of recruitment is made through the world of warcraft forums.

What will be done about the 1 hour phone line waits? Nothing? People need quick customer service and technical support, i've found in the past that it's much easier to ask for help on the forums because the reply is much faster and I get the assistance from knowledgeable players as well as blue posters.

You can lock this if you want but please don't tell me to go to the sticky post, it won't do any good.

Also, it will be ridiculous if blue posters do not have to post their names :\
