The long term vision thing is what sparks my interest. I and likely others are curious as to what this pertains, and having some more info along those lines might help alleviate (or chances are, increase) some fears people might have.
If you think this post needs to be in the 1900 page one, please lock it and I'll repost there :) I figure that it's worth its own thread since it doesn't pertain DIRECTLY to the "omg privacy!" screaming.
