Phone Call to get Password

Hello, i have input my real life details(address name) (credit card no) Into a website. To my suprise, i found out that someone moved my char to town and did some trading yesterday. I did a scan and all i found is a malware. I doubt it was a key logger.

Is it possible to phone Blizzard and get my password from using my real life particulars(address name) and credit card information? If its possible then i believe that website is the one that moved my char and did some trading.

So my question is, is it possible to get an account's password through real life particulars and credit card information?

I am unable to see your password, Azureshine, so it would be impossible for me to reiterate it to you, or anyone claiming to be you.
