How do I opt-out of sharing billing info?

How do I change my WOW account settings to opt-out of sharing any billing information in-game? Before RealID, the worst that an add-on could do is mess with something on my character, which I could either just live with or get a restoration to fix. With the RealID changes, any add-on can extract my name and address (and possibly other information) and send it to other people in-game. The agreement under which I originally entered my billing information did not give Blizzard permission to share my billing info with other users in-game, and the security arrangements at the time made it completely impossible for any add-on or in-game action to reveal the information.

Actually, even with the advent of Real ID, an Addon may NOT extract your billing or account information, Kara. There's no method to opt out of such a thing because such a thing isn't even possible; that financial information is not stored in game files.
