1. Continue paying the $15 a month for a video game, post on the forums, go on with life.
2. Cancel (even though nothing has actually changed yet)

Those are your options...pick one. I'm sorry but there are so many companies out there who do NOT have "customer service" and "tech support" forums that reply at the slightest hint of your discomfort. If you have a problem that is computer/game related and can't wait a few hours if not a day or two to talk to someone on the phone then that really is your problem. If you absolutely can not hold out and have to post on those forums then you are legally accepting that agreement and have no legal merit to complain.
To everyone who says "This is the fist step in something even worse" well maybe you are right. When the day comes that I can no longer separate my character from myself in the online world is when I will cancel. Until then everyone is just whining about something that IS OPTIONAL...you simply don't like the options.
Ironically enough the people scared on these forums are the ones asking for everyone's name and then trying to destroy their lives. It's sad and it only makes an example of why these forums need to change. If I were Blizzard I would delete the entire forum website anyways and make you all go find another cause to preach for. It's a VIDEO GAME...get over it. No matter what they implement there is going to be someone who can think of a negative scenario because that's what these forums are good for...negativity.
TLDR: Pick an option and move on with life.
