I've locked this since they were actively in the account. Please check your email for further instructions.

Right now, security is the main concern so they can't get back in. If they can....they WILL be back, that is very likely.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

They don't seem to be in your account at the moment, I've asked this be removed and a new password sent to you.

As with the post above, finding the source of this is vital to it not recurring.

i have also made this trial account under the same name and details so that i can post on the forums.

It may take them a few days, especially on one this old. You did email from the registered email on the account?
