Objective: Turn off RealID from ever being used on this account.

Actions:
After reading the FAQ here and attempting to use the battle.net account page to send an email no email is received for this account at the specified email. Nor is a parental control icon in the upper right hand side of the account page, though this may be the old WoW account page format.

Searching the registered email account correctly reveals a pre-battle.net parental controls email for this account at the email address on file.

Calling Blizzard support currently is not an option as customer support is not accepting calls.

Please either turn on parental controls for this account and disable all realID function or suspend the account.

Thank you, I do appreciate the implemented parental protection abilities.

It doesn't appear that Parental Controls are set up for this account, Sdhyg.

We are accepting calls, Sdhyg, the lines are simply very busy. If you receive the message that we are unable to take your call at this time just hang up and try again.

Have you tried setting up your Parental Controls on the account, Sdhyg? Does it give you an error when you do so?
