Will I get my trinket?

Hello all;
I was in a ICC25 yesterday. A hunter received the item, the trinket DW off of Saurfang. He went to trade it to me and it said I was not eligible. I did log out at one point for two minutes, after he received the loot, and before he attempted to trade it to me.
I brought my mage in to change it to heroic gunship. He did not stay for any encounter.

I put a ingame ticket in as well.
These are the facts.

Has your hunter friend submitted an in-game petition as well, Remidi? I'm afraid that we'll need him to submit a petition if he is requesting to have the item transferred to your character. I'm unable to offer any guarantees, but our staff will gladly look into this at his request. :)
