Account transfer/realm transfer/factionchange

Hi, i am looking to transfer this toon to my other account, but i am unsure about,
-does the char go on the realm it was previously on?
if not do you pick?

If it does go on the same realm, i would want to faction change it, and transfer it to a diffrent realm, would i need to pay for all 3? or would i get a deal somehow?

If i need to pay for all 3 il just forget it, and reroll another toon and spent countless hours leveling again.

The account and realm change can be completed in one transaction, Lilminato - as long as you specify the new realm at the same time.

Now, a faction change would be a separate transaction AND needs to be done only after arriving at your new realm and AFTER having logged into the character at least once.
