If you have an issue with how our methods work you are welcome to post in the Suggestion forum. That is the appropriate location to provide feedback regarding the game, our policies and our methods of operation.

Yes, there is the occasional person who may fulfill the criteria set to catch suspicious and exploitative behavior. We regret that such a thing is possible, Shiftedkk, and we apologize for what frustration this may cause legitimate players. Our teams work to refine the the process so we limit the amount of innocents that may be caught along with the guilty but there will always be the chance that a legitimate player will have their account actioned in error.

We have an Account Administration department just for this reason, to investigate such claims. Though response times are not what we would like we will investigate each of these claims as quickly and thoroughly as we can and let the registered user know.
