Thoroughly Disgusted...

Within just the past few weeks, having returned to World of Warcraft (to potentially leave again), I have been required to submit several help tickets. EACH has resulted in HOURS of waiting for NOTHING; no help; no resolution; just an ongoing slew of <removed> that wont get fixed.

Despite this, I had invited my brother to play the Free Trial, and he decided to Upgrade to the Full Version.
Dozens of hours later, here we are and his account is STILL not upgraded, NOR have I received (yet again) ANY sort of response from a <GM> pertaining to our issue.

I am thoroughly disgusted with Blizzard; tens of millions of people pay them at LEAST $10 a month that's well over $10 MILLION per/month, money to pay for support and other such related things.
If this is what my $10/$15 per/month gets me, I'm done (again).

This is the last chance for an employee of Blizzard to try and redeem their company.
I expect some support by now.

RIGHT NOW.

Q u o t e:
I'm trying to figure our now just exactly when we upgraded it; I am fairly sure it's been long enough.

According to the information I can see, this Recruit A Friend trial account was claimed and activated on July 5th, Ekia. As a result, it may be a few more days before certain options are available to the characters on that account.

If there was another account that you were thinking of, perhaps I can shed some light on that. Can you tell me the name and realm of a character on that account?

I recognize that you were frustrated by the wait, but you aren't the only player waiting for a response. As far as I can see, our staff never had the opportunity to respond to this issue before you began resorting to anger and verbal abuse. Additionally, this would be a good time to mention that our staff are much more readily able to provide assistance with a specifically stated issue; merely stating that there's an issue with Recruit A Friend may not provide an investigator with sufficient information.

We recognize that current wait times are not ideal, and we are working to reduce them. In the meantime, your patience and forbearance are appreciated.
