I was hacked. need some help.

Alright. i was hacked. reason i know this for a fact is that there was a character on my account that i diddnt create on a realm ive never really touched. and level 1, in stormwind. my guess that is a gold advertiser. but i had to just now change my password again because i was trying to log in the armory and it said invalid. could i please get some help? aswell the computer that hacked me was infected with a trojan, so i got a 24 hour suspension. I dont want that to happen again for something i diddnt do, and that there was proof of the character. could i please get some help?

This has already been opened as an investigation, Steezz.

Will be a few days before you hear back from that.

If you are now in control of the account, the main thing is security. Your system and email both need to be secure.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
