Your credit card information as well as the majority of your account information is not visible through the Account Management page, Juhee. Though it is likely not necessary while this matter is being investigated if you truly wish to remove your method of payment you'll need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. Our In-Game Support staff does not have access to billing information and would be unable to help in this regard.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

If you believe your account has been compromised please make sure that you review the following information and ensure that your system and account a secure.

Account Hacked? Security Issue? Look Here!

Q u o t e:
Same here i want my account back!
No one seems to give a crap that we were done wrong -_-

Regardless of the level of sympathy we may have, Shiftedkk, the In-Game Support department is unable to assist you. Only our Account Administration department is able to look into these cases.

If you have already disputed the penalty, using the registered e-mail address for the account, your case will be looked into and AA will reply with the results. If you have not please contact them as soon as possible.

As Vrak stated above, the proper place to appeal this is via email with Account Administration at [email protected].

That is the only department with the authority to review and overturn or uphold these types of actions.
