GM Ticket Escalated for an entire MONTH now.

Do you still have an icon on your screen, ÿöü? From what I can see that matter was addressed 3 days after the petition was submitted. An e-mail was sent to your registered address letting you know that a scam investigation was done and that we are taking appropriate actions. The e-mail went on to let you know that though we try to provide restoration of items/gold lost in such cases we were unable to in this situation.

I am very sorry for any frustration caused by this matter, ÿöü, if you can close out that petition please do so. If you are unable to please let me know and I'll see if I can do anything from my end.
