Have I Been Kicked to The Curb?

Hello,

Here is my story in a nutshell: Last week, I sent in a web form concerning my inability to use Real ID in World of Warcraft due to the fact that I forgot my parental control's email address. Two days later I received a reply telling me I used the wrong web form. The department I received the reply from instructed me to contact [email protected]. So, I sent in an email to the billing department. I've been waiting ever since (approximately 3-4 days or more) and I have been trying to call customer support whenever I have the time to do so ever since I sent in the web form. I have been unable to reach any kind of CSR via telephone or email. This is a ridiculous wait just for such a simple request: Can I just get my Parental Controls reset or my Parental Controls Email changed?

Yes. It tells me I already have an email or something along those lines. Trust me, I have been very thorough in my attempts.

Getting through to Billing can be challenging, but is likely your best option here.

I see 3 accounts on this Battle.net. When things got merged and parental controls moved to Battle.net, it inherited some settings from accounts.

Billing should be able to assist with this. I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience.

As others have mentioned, immediately redialing is reported to be the best way to get a spot in the queue. Spots open up constantly, it's just a matter to snagging one at the moment :)
