I bought a 30-day code from the Blizzard Store, but whenever I try to upgrade online from the battle.net site, I get this message:
"You have entered a World of Warcraft� key that is currently not supported in Battle.net account management.
This type of key can be redeemed through the World of Warcraft� account management page."
When I click on the link provided, it says something invalid like "My hair is a bird."
I checked the status of the order and it said "queued". When I clicked the faq to read what the status meant, "queued" wasn't listed under the list of possible statuses of orders.
What does all this mean?
And should I give up on the old account?
