Bank contents - Disappeared/No logs!

Today a fellow officer logged in to deposit something to our guild bank, and noticed almost all of the contents were gone. The logs do not show anyone withdrawing anything from the guild bank in the last 15 hours, and we currently have not been informed of any other officers being hacked. We checked the Armory, and everyone's gear is still intact, including their alt's gear. While it may not have updated yet, this has left us confused, and a bit frustrated.

15 hours ago, everything was still in place. It was 20 minutes ago now that we first discovered that our bank had been emptied.

Could we please get some help or reassurance on the matter? I know this is not a way to circumvent the ticket system, and our guild leader has already placed an in-game ticket, but we're all curious how an entire bank can just disappear without the logs reflecting a hack, or otherwise malicious act.

Quick question for you, Bram. Has the guild leadership changed hands recently? If so, it's likely that the contents of the bank are not missing, just not visible as a result of a known issue. A member of our Game Master staff will happily address this issue to ensure you're able to see the guild bank's contents.
