Name Capitalization

A few days ago I called blizzard to have the name on my account changed, they did this but made my name all undercase. I dislike this because well, its simply unprofessional and doesn't look good when using Real ID. So I sent an e-mail using WoWGM@Blizzard.com asking for my name to be capitalized. This was misinterpreted as me wanting my name ALL caps. Which I also don't want. And this is the exact email (spelling and all) I recieved back from blizz.

I think that speaks for itself.

What I would like is proper capitalization. With the first letter on my first name and my last name capitalized.

If this could be done I would be very happy.

A moderator will unlikely be able to do this for you, they likely can only view the information for obvious security reasons, I suggest calling Billing and Accounting Services.

I'm afraid that this is not something I'm able to assist with directly, Vomack. I'd recommend sending an e-mail to billing@blizzard.com so that a member of our Billing Staff can address this for you. You may want to make sure you mention something along the lines of "I would like my name to appear as <your name>" somewhere within the body of the e-mail.
