Account hacked, Items still missing?

Now, I was hacked on the morning of June 20th, 2010. It's now the afternoon of July 2nd, and I still haven't gotten any items, gold, or emblems back. That's been about 11 or 12 days now, and I received two in-game mails from GM's, one stating the wait would be 9 or 10 at most. I was wondering, what would be the longest wait time for item recovery? I understand that the queue might be long, but I've only had two characters mainly targeted.
