Faction transfer: mail error

I am trying to faction transfer but I get the error that I have incoming mail. I have put in a GM ticket almost 4 days ago and yet no answer. I am hoping that this will expedite the process and free up a GM from answering my ticket. I just need the incoming/current mail flag to be removed from my account.
