You could ask, but it's doubtful we'd be able to do this. If they were for sale very cheap, maybe turn them for a profit?
When you say 'cheap', if they were VERY cheap, I'd question if perhaps they came from a stolen account.
You might ask that be looked into in your petition. While we likely can't swap them, if they were stolen goods, might be able to approach things from that direction. Can't hurt to ask.
