I need to get my authenticator removed cause my phone messed up. I emailed blizzard support last week with the information and I haven't heard anything. I gave them the serial number and everything.I have been calling everyday since Monday and multiple times a day and the que is full. This is ridiculous.

It can take a few days to receive a response via email, and you're almost there. If you're prefer not to wait, you can try calling, though if you do so please keep in mind that we are experiencing a high volume of requests, so it may be necessary to employ both patience and your redial button to get into the hold queue.

We realize that these wait times are far from ideal, and we are taking steps to improve our ability to respond to our players. This is an ongoing process and we still have a long way to go, but I thank you for your patience in the meantime.
