You've said you are reading the feedback., and yet, no post in the last 2 days.
Everyone at Blizzard has been quiet on the issue.

Any updates? Are you reading the feedback? Is everyone in meetings at Blizzard right now and you'll have an update later?
Or...are you just waiting for the crowds to calm down....

We've been posting on various topics, but until we have something more to share there isn't much more we can say. I posted here by the way- http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=25626051767&pageNo=1&sid=1#13 and outlined the process we're currently in which involves a lot of compiling feedback, sharing the feedback (internally), discussing the feedback (again internally), and then deciding on whether or not an additional course of action needs to be taken. I'm closing this thread and leaving the other open.
