Hello, I have opened a ticket regarding my account being hacked and I am going on day 4 and still have not received any kind of response. I have edited my ticket to change what I need to address with the GM staff as well as emailed them. My account was compromised last Friday and I ticketed it the same day. I got an email saying that they have concluded the investigation and I should have everything back, however I am missing most of my tank set as well as 56 frost badges and 2k gold.
Am I able to get this back? I am mainly concerned about my frost but the fact that I cant get anyone to talk to unless I wait 45 minutes on the phone is really incredibly frustrating. Any help you could provide or light you can shed would be appreciated.
