My friend has a Battle.net problem, please he

Hello all,

So my buddy (my RAF buddy) made a trial account, got to 20, yada yada. Now he bought the real game and so he didn't use the authentication keys on the trial account (didn't renew trial in other words). Is there anyway to merge the two? Thanks in advance

If I'm reading this situation right, your friend intended to apply that full World of Warcraft account to his Trial, but accidentally opened a fresh account, is that correct? If so, his best course of action would be to contact our Account Services staff directly for assistance. We're experiencing a high volume of calls currently, so it may take some persistence and ready use of the redial button to reach them via telephone, but once he gets into the hold queue, our staff will be more than happy to help him as best they can as soon as possible.
