i emailed you guys about helping me and got an automated email ( i even asked for a non automated email)... my problem is that i can't recover or log in to this... it has a my 70 mage on it and it'd help if you'd help

by the way, your phones are still shut down incase you didn't know....... an ingame GM lied and told me that it wasn't

Ah, I see. It seems to have been some time since you last tried to access your account. It appears that the account in question has been permanently suspended. The only appropriate method to dispute that suspension is via email at [email protected].

Given that this issue received several reviews at the time, it is rather unlikely that this suspension will be reversed. Still, I wish you luck.
