RealID: will the change be retroactive?

Is someone going to be able to learn my real name from a post I made before the change went into effect? In other words, if I stop posting now, can I keep my identity in and out of game separate?

All posts in the future on the new forum systems will be an opt-in choice and ample warning will be given that you're posting with your real first and last name.
