Okay heres the bad part I was dumb enough to follow the link and it asked for my info..a security question and answer or the last 6 digits of my authenticator...Only after I had done so I realized what I may of done....I'm not a dummy or ignorrent person who is careless with their account I took the precautions after I got hacked the first time and bought an authenticator I recently activated the authenticator and assumed blizzard was keeping tabs on my account to make sure it didnt happen again the last time I was hacked the hacker put an authenticator on my account to keep me out... I changed my password to a very long extension of numbers and letters in hopes that will help i even deleted all my browsing history and tracking cookies I may of had before doing so but what worries me is the 6 didgit thing do I need to buy a new authenticator now? can they bypass the code code? Im not even sure it went through after I submitted it changed to an error server page...
I had no idea that it was a trap these hackers are getting crafty and it's aggrivating they are putting this much effort into getting accounts..Please a gm would be great to settle my worries or at least point me in the right direction to fix this

Q u o t e:
But am I safe with the authenticator in place?

You should be, Lanistan.

Just as a note, hyphens in a URL do NOT act like periods.

These guys have a fishbowl of 'buzzwords' they pull out and append with hyphens. Anyone can register anything that isn't already taken.

Do a whois on that domain - you'll see it's not Blizzard. Popping open the routing header on the email will show it didn't come from us either.

They could theoretically call in to have that removed with the Serial number, but they'd also have to answer several other questions they aren't likely to know.

Changing your email would be a good first step.

The only way it could be 'compromised' is if it's removed.

Changing your email will definitely put a kink into any plans like that :)

Just having the serial number wouldn't let them actually 'use' it to get in.
