Can I please get an update on my account status?

I was hacked then banned and haven't heard anything back from blizz. I know it takes time, so for all you helpful posters, I'm just looking for a blue update. Please dont post in this thread unless you have an update on my account.

You do have an open investigation, it's currently 2 days, 12 hours old.

While they should also address the account action at the same time, if you hear from your Specialist that the restorations are complete and you cannot access the account - please do let us know.
